Stuart joined Lower Island Soccer Association in 2017 and became the Executive Director in July 2019. Growing up in Sidney, Stuart played his youth soccer for Peninsula, leading his U16 and U18 Gold teams to Provincial titles.  Graduating to the VISL Stuart played the better part of the last 9 seasons
