Circle K Active Start Uvic Vikes She Kicks Festival!

The Lower Island Soccer Association is once again pleased to be partnering with the University of Victoria Women’s Soccer program to host the “Circle K Active Start Uvic Vikes She Kicks Festival” on Sunday, October 3rd.  This female led initiative is aimed at providing girls aged 8-12 with a fun morning of skills, activities, and games led entirely by female coaches! Players will be led through a multitude of activity stations by current and former Uvic Vikes Women’s players and female community coaches.

Registration for the event is individual sign-up and can be done through the link below.  Registration is being capped at 200 participants so be sure to sign up early!  The event is free to attend but LISA will be collecting cash donations at the field in support of the Indigenous Sport, Physical Activity & Recreation Council (ISPARC)

Who: Girls Aged 8-12 (U9-U13)

Time: 9:30am to 11:00am (please arrive between 9:00am – 9:15am)

Important Event Info:

The event is scheduled to begin at 9:30am on Sunday, October 3rd and run until 11:00am. All participants must check-in via the check-in tables located under the covered structure next to the CARSA building, Turf Field 2A/B and the Uvic Field Hockey Turf. Check-in will begin at 9:00am. Please arrive no later than 9:15.

Parking at the University of Victoria is FREE on Sunday’s. We ask that parents/guardians please check-their child-in and disperse from the check-in area once their child is on the field. Parent/guardians are not allowed on the turf field. Washrooms are accessible via the outside of the CARSA building adjacent to Turf Field 2A/B. Please be reminded that all participants and parents/guardians are required to follow the University of Victoria Health and Safety protocols while on the property.

At the conclusion of the event all participants will receive 1 ticket for an upcoming Pacific FC match, a promo code for tickets to an upcoming University of Victoria Vikes home game, and other goodies!
