We suggest that when you open the link you first look at the 12-page brochure to give you an Overview before taking a more in-depth look at the document (60 pages).

Both the United States Soccer Federation (USSF) and the Australian Football (Soccer) Federation (FFA) have done some similar research and published their findings online.
