In follow up to BC Soccer’s June 2nd memo and guidelines provided regarding Return to Play Phase 1, please find attached a Return to Training Guide for Referees from Canada Soccer. Aligned with BC Soccer’s and Canada Soccer’s overarching Return to Play Plans, this Guide is for on field referee training activity; therefore, is not applicable for in-classroom activity. Online/electronic education is still strongly encouraged for theory-based referee education.
