Rules and Regulations

The 11 member club Registrars will meet on Thursday 31st August to discuss and decide on where "released" players will be placed. No player, except at the U17 and U18 gold level, will be released to a club team until after this date.

Note: A "release" is only for one season. A released player must return to their home club the following year or they can play within another club as one of the allowed three transfers.

All clubs and coaches please see below:

Chapter 7 Rules and Regulations

Rule 702: Policies applied to zoning bylaws

6. Player Releases: The LISA Board, on accepting a released player for placement on another team will not place that player on a Gold team in another club.

The Club Presidents at their last meeting (Tuesday June 20, 2006) made an amendment to the above rule for the upcoming 2006/2007 season:

6. Player Releases: The LISA Board, on accepting a released player for placement on another team will not place that player on a Gold team in another club except at the U17 and U18 age groups for boys and girls in order to make a viable league.
