SELECT LEAGUE MVP

Congratulations to Darren Jones of the U-15 Boys Lower Island Select Team for being voted as this years League "MVP" , as voted by the coaches in the league. This is indeed an accomplishment to be proud of with 14 teams in this extremely competitive league.

Darren has been a Lower Island Select player for the past 4 years. He was a member of the Provincial team at U-13 and the LISA's Super Y U-14 Victoria United team.

Darren was once again selected to the Provincial team this year (U-15). He is a tough, hard-working midfield player with very good technical skills. He is identified by many coaches for his tight control and his ability to distribute the ball in both regular play and from set pieces.

Well done Darren!
